Guarantee

WARRANTY TERM: 24 months from the date of purchase Sellfusion SRL, with CIF: RO49263727, undertakes to replace the defective product to the consumer/buyer during the warranty period, provided that the instructions for use and maintenance are followed. It is not necessary to keep this warranty certificate. It is sufficient to present proof of purchase (you can find the invoice in your account), or an order number. This warranty does not apply to:

1. for consumable items, such as batteries or protective coatings, which are designed to wear out over time, unless the failure occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship;
2. for cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cracked plastic, unless the failure occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship.
3. for damage caused by accidents, misuse or abuse, fire, contact with liquids, earthquakes or other external causes;
4. for damages caused by using the product without following the manual and technical specifications;
5. for interventions, or damage caused by repairs carried out by persons who are not Herrgut® representatives;
